Services

TRHF program evaluations demonstrate outstanding success at improving outcomes for young children who were at the very highest risk for abuse and neglect. Our successful home visiting program reaches out to families to help relieve some of the stress of having a new baby.

Services are based on each family's strengths and needs, and include:

  • Activities to promote positive parent-child relationships and healthy childhood growth and development
  • Case management services for high risk children from birth to six years old
  • In-home mentoring and training to develop problem solving skills
  • Information about and referral to community resources
