Family Support Worker/Case Manager

Location: Within the ten county area
Type: Full-Time
Salary:

Virginia Family Violence Prevention Grant 7/1/09-6/30/11.

Number of Positions: 2 FT 40/ hrs per wk.

Location(s): Within the ten counties served by MP-NN Community Services Board.

Duties: Provide intensive home based services & case management for families with infants & young children.

Qualifications Required: Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Nursing (or related field), or minimum 4 years clinical experience.

Able to begin April 1st, 2010.

Salary: Commensurate with education & experience.
